"Dear Friends,
herewith below some more details about "Rovigo Tournement" to
be held on Saturday 21st May 2005 with start at 2 p.m. up to the end of
the
classic third time.
Rovigo is a middle size town not to far from Venice - Padova and Verona.
We
are in the region where Rugby was born !
Rovigo is expected to have around 15 teams and would be delighted to host
foreign teams.
If some teams will spend more than one day in Italy they can organize
games
with old teams in Brescia - Verona - Padova just close to Rovigo. On a
touristic point of vue Venice is very close to Rovigo.
Regarding the prices each teams with 20 components cost 200 €. For more
participants to add for person 10 €. The price includes the evening dinner
(third time).
Accomodation: Rovigo suggests "Hotel Petrarca" (5 Km from the centre) at
the price of € 30 for person in double bed rooms with breakfast or Hotel
Europa Palace (close to the centre) at the price of € 40 for person.
Rovigo Tournement can be a very good occasion for teams interested in
staying in Venice. The town in may is not so crowded but the sun is still
warm."
